By 2009, 8 years after its creation and on the back of 20 years' experience in the field, PIXXIM had produced more than 150 virtual models for the French State, public bodies and private corporations, both nationally and internationally.
An innovative SME, PIXXIM delivers 3D graphics services for the creation of interactive virtual models in association with the following types of projects:
- Urban redevelopment
- Reserved track public transport
- Large transport infrastructures (high-speed lines, ports, airports)
- Industrial sites (quarries, technical landfill sites, etc.)
- Mixed development zones
- Renewable energies (wind farms, photovoltaic systems)
PIXXIM has its own R&D department for the development and publication of innovative software applications. Developed internally, the PX-LAB suite helps to boost the company’s productivity. PIXXIM is backed by OSEO, the French agency for innovation (see the ‘Innovations’ page).
